Question about summing a specific cell in many worksheets

I have a workbook that has around 40 different worksheets. Each worksheet
is the same format but just individual locations in my case. If I want to
sum up the cell 'A2' in each of those worksheets without having to manually
select each cell in each of those worksheets is there a shortcut?

As a side note, assuming I can do this, if I had 40 worksheets that I was
summing and 2 worksheets I did not want to include in the sum, could I
exclude those?

Thank you.

This old post describes how to *include* and *exclude* various sheets from
the SUM() function:
