I have many projects that are linked with about 5 names in my address
book (my underwriters). Lets say for example Carla is working on
projects 1, 2, 3, & 4 (potential insurance clients). Along with these
projects I have emails, notes and tasks linked to them each individual
project. My problem is as soon as I link an email with a project, all
of Carla's tasks, appointments, notes, etc. from the projects she is
working on link to that project.How can I seperate these task from each
other? Is there a setting?
