question: How to do an Automatic backup of Entourage 2004?

With Entourage X, I used Deja Vu to automatically backup the "Microsoft User
Data" every day. When my Blue and White G3 finally self destructed, I lost 2
hours worth of email, ad that was it! Everything else was backed up onto a
separate hard drive.

Now, with Entourage 2004, it doesn't seen to use the Microsoft User Data
folder like X did. Am I mistaken? If I back up MUD am I still getting a full
Entourage backup? If my suspicion is correct, how can I enable an automatic
daily backup of Entourage?

Entourage data is still stored in the Microsoft User Data folder,
specifically in this path.
~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2004 Identities/<Your Identity>/
