I need help in attempting to find a way to get into a
user's passworded PST file. I am a systems administrator,
and I have a user who is telling me that he never
assigned a password to his PST file. Yet when he attempts
to load it, it is prompting him for a password. He has
tried all of the passwords that he is using at present,
all to no avail. I have no way of getting into it, even
as an administrator. We recently went upgraded from an NT
domain to a 2000 active directory/integrated dns domain.
It seems that this problem emerged immediately afterward.
Does anyone have any information on how I can help him
access this PST file? I appreciate any advice. Thanks.
