Question when addressing emails

Is there a way, via keyboard, after entering the "To" address, to skip over
the cc and bcc fields, directly to the subject field, more quickly than
pressing tab a couple times? Any way to hide those fields by default, unless
needed?

Never mind. Discovered the answer quite by accident. Press Return instead of
Tab.
