Quick Full Delete Option

Back in the dark-days when I was a PC/Outlook user I had the ability to
quickly deleted items form my local PC by using ³Shift-Delete². This would
actually ³delete² the message rather than moving it to my ³deleted² items
folder which helped in managing my mailbox size. Is there a similar
option/capability in Entourage?

There is if you have a script that does a full delete on the selected
message(s). Such scripts have been posted on this list many times, so
check the archives. m.

I'll bet you that you're experiencing a Stuffit problem - I have discovered
that Stuffit creates what appear to be empty folders when decompressing
archives. Open Terminal and cd into that folder - your files are probably
there. Finder doesn't see them for some reason. Sorry I don't have a
solution for you, except for the one I use - Avoid Stuffit entirely :)
