quick question about PivotTables

I have a pivot table that gives me a sum of all times that batch runs were
run before 10am, between 10am & 1pm, and after 1pm. I also have another
table that sums the times that batch runs were not run during those times.

If I have a zero value (0), all 3 conditions are not shown, just the 2 with
values. For instance, below is what I get for all the "yes":

After 1pm 2
Before 10am 48
Between 10am & 12 8
Grand Total 58

this is what i get for "no"

Before 10am 11
Between 10am & 12 3
Grand Total 14

Why dont I get a line that says zero for After 1?

Try going to the Pivot Table Options. There is a field called:

For empty cells show: type in field box what you want to show
