quits when Send&Receive

Hello,

My Entourage X unexpectedly quits every time I try to Send & Receive.

I can send email just fine. but I can't RECEIVE it. It Quits.
Norton says everything is fine, so its not a virus.

Help!
I might have customer orders waiting for me!

It can be a corrupted message that's blocking your mail. One easy way is
usually to use a web browser and connect your account through webmail (if
your provider has this option). There you should have access to the
unwanted mail (presumably a virus mail, it happens these days) and delete
it...

Well, if that doesn't help, can you tell if you have some error messages or
so when Entourage quits?

The error I get says " Microsoft Entourage has unexpectedly quit. No other
files or applications have been harmed. Would you like to send a bug report
to apple?" Or something close to that.

Soemone was saying they found something about an error in junk mail? But
I can't reach tath person. any ideas of step by step what to do?
I can't find the address to use to check my webmail.
