I have windows98, and use Outlook 2000 with word as the email editor.
Intermitently, when I send out a message, the apostrophes and
quotations show up as different characters.
for example: If one doesn¡¦t try his ideas, he won¡¦t know if they
work. It¡¦s also a wonderful way to learn, by finding out what doesn¡¦t
work. Let¡¦s go for it. This reminds me of what I emailed a few days
ago. It¡¦s smarter, (easier?), to let the set-ups come to us. Great way
to share the wealth.
The messages are normal sometimes, but it is a frustrating problem when
it does happen.
Any suggestions?
