Quoting in replies to HTML mail

In Entourage 2008 there is still a problem where in order to quote to some HTML emails the message must be copied then pasted as a quote. Selecting the message and replying will not create quoted text.

How do I report this bug?

Are these Complex HTML messages?

Send Feedback to Microsoft under any Office application's Help in the Menu
bar.

Gosh these forums are terrible, it was hard to find my post to see if anyone had replied.
