after installing office2003pro I get random and unactioned drop down menu activation etc. ie drop downs, dialogue boxes etc appear even if the mouse(MS Wireless Optical mouse) is stationary and no keyboard activity. I've noticed it in excel mainly but also aother app's. Any ideas I've tried a reboot.

Could be wireless interference.

Which mouse do you have? If it is the standard RF model it is prone to
interference, the new bluetooth models dont have these types of problems,
they either work or dont work with interference.
