Random Contacts Not Syncing from Exchange Server to Entourage

Hi There,

I have a MacBook Pro running Entourage 2008 with my office's MS Exchange Server 2003. In addition to my laptop, I also have a desktop running windows and Outlook 2003, and I have an iPhone that all sync to the MS Exchange Server.

I am having a problem where about 1/3 of my 6,600 contacts are missing from Entourage, even though they exist in Outlook and in the address book of my iPhone. The only setting that I've changed from the default in creating my exchange account in Entourage is that we use SSL (i've just checked the box). The contacts that are missing don't seem to be related to each other in any way that I can tell - they've all been added at different dates, different details, fields, etc.

I have tried removing and re-adding the exchange account to Entourage, I have reinstalled Entourage, I have all of the current Mac OS and MS Office updates installed. I can see the contacts on Exchange OWA, but they do not appear in Entourage on my Laptop.

Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I am having the same issue. Can someone help us?

If you see this in just one or a handful of folders then right-click or
Control-click that folder or Contacts list, select Folder Properties and
click the Empty button to empty the cache. You can also select the
account itself and empty the cache for all of your folders.
