RDO Error

Sorry if this is the wrong, I could not find an appropriate one.

I installed an application to read data from L100 using RDO. When my
application
invokes CreateComObject the error message "Class is not licensed for
use" is
returned. I checked the registry and there are entries for RDO in there.
The
application runs successfully on my development environment.

The customer has office installed so the RDO software, etc should
already be
present. Any ideas please?
