Re-activating Office Home and Student

My computer came with the trial installed. At the end of the 60 days I paid
the $125 and activated online. Then about 2 weeks later I suffered a severe
system problem that VISTA couldn't recover from and had to restore and
reinstall everything from back-up. All other programs worked just fine
afterwards except Office, it won't take my activation key. I'd call MS about
this, but the only numbers I can find cost $49 to call. Anyone else have a
suggestion?

What key are you putting in? The one attached to the computer?
