Hi,
I have just started to use entourage on my mac, I know how to use the
address book only I want to retrieve the addresses I have had from incoming
e-mails and e-mails that I have used in the past but not stored in my
address book. Is this possible?, I have noticed that when I do a "new"
e-mail and, for example type when you fill in "to:" if I type s it will list
all of the addresses I req that start with s, but I cant find where they are
stored in entourage? Can anyone help?

Hi,

The address what you are talking about will be stored under Database Cache.
If you want these address to be stored under address book then you have save
it on your system.

Hope this answer's your queries.

Start a new message, type the first few letters of an address (one you want
to store), select the right entry from the MRU list (Most Recently Used).
That address will be entered into the address pane of the new message.

Now, control-click (right click if you have a two button mouse) on the blue
dot next to that address and select 'add to address book' from the
contextual menu.

Alternatively, find the incoming mail from that recipient, select it and hit
cmd-= (that's hold down the command (apple) key and press the equality key).
The sender of that message will be added to your address book.
