RE import from windows outlook 2002 office XP

I currently use outlook 2002 office XP, but wish to switch to mac OS.

Can i import my existing .pst outlook data file into Entourage 2004? if not, are they alternative import options, and what difficulties have been found to occur with these imports?

No, Entourage doesn't have any support for Outlook PST files. You could, as
an alternative, use Paul Berkowitz's scripts to import data from Outlook.

His package also includes a detailed tutorial for transferring mail without
the scripts if you don't use an Exchange account.
