re-install microsoft office

I'm working at non profit organization. We share the computer. Because this
computer was not working properly, I had to do system recovery.. It makes
delete microsoft office.I tried to install it again but I couldn't. We used
2002 and upgraded 2003 MS office. When I input the produce key for 2002, I
could not go through.
I'll wait for your advice. Thank you.

To reinstall Office 2003, you enter the product key for 2003, not
2002. It may ask you for a qualifying product, in which case you
simply insert the 2003 CD into the drive.

Other than telling us "it could not go through", could you maybe be a bit
more specific?
