Re-install Outlook 2003 connector for msn

Trying to fix my Outlook 2003 problems, I removed and re-installed Office 2003. Unfortunately, I also removed "Office Outlook Connector for MSN", assuming it would also be re-installed. Not so. Now Outlook will not open. Error msg.: "Outlook cannor start. Unable to open the Outlook Window. The set ofd folders could not be opened". How do I re-install Office Outlook Connector for MSN? (instaling MSN8 did not do it either)
