Re-install Outlook Express, Offie 2000xp Premium

Running Outlook Express, system keeps wanting to install Outlook, ask for
Office 2000xp Premium CD. Where can I download from??

You cannot download Office 2000 or Office XP.

There is no reason that you should need an Office disk to continue using
Outlook Express.

This problem started out when I tried to switch to OUtlook, could not set up
to receive Hotmail, changed option to Corporate still did not allow for HTTP
connection, switched back from Corporate, then problem started, system
started installing...asked for CD, I ignored and continue using Outlook
Express, now, every time open OutlookExpress tries to install...same thing
with OutlookE now. HELP

I am on a trip, and this problem is on my laptop.
