re-installed OSX, now Entourage doesn't work

Entourage opens, it displays emails previously received, but when I try
to do anything I get the message "Could not open that feature. Unknown
error (16008) occurred."

Help! Any ideas on how to fix this?

For some inexplicable reason, I can't find my product key for my
software--I always save the stickers, put them on the disk, keep
another copy--and all I have is the disk. Trouble in mac paradise. If
there's another way to fix the problem it would be great.

I'm running the latest update of Entourage.

I guess you have the old Entourage database.
Who is the owner of this database?
The "old" user or the "new"

Ensure everything is set for the new user.
