RE publisher 2002

I bought a copy of publisher and I have unfortunately had the original disk
stolen. luckily it doesnt have the cd key with it. but since I had a virus
destroy my computer and I had to rebuild it starting with a complete format
of the hard drive, I had lost the program that was installed. Is there anyway
to get another copy or do I have to buy the lastest version again
