RE" referenced memory could not be read?

I have downloaded "Plaxo" and now am getting the
following error - instruction at "0x74706b41" referenced
memory at "0x74706b41" memory could not be 'read'

can not find this error anywhere - does anyone know what
i should do to correct it?
