Re-use existing browser when clicking on hyperlink contained in email

What settings are needed in Outlook to cause a page to be displayed in an existing browser when a hyperlink contained in an email is clicked ?

In IE, click Tools>Internet Options>Advanced and check the "Reuse windows
for launching shortcuts" box.
