Read Newsgroup

Hi.
How Can I read and write to newsgroups from
MS Outlook 2003. Now I'm writing from Outlook Express.

You can't unless a) you use a third-party add-on or b) you are in an
exchange environment and there are public folders set up.
Outlook calls OE for newsreading under all other circumstances
