Read Receipt Setup?

Since they're unreliable (and the MacBU don't like them , there's no
direct support for them in the UI. However you can add the necessary header
yourself if you read:

You can also set up an AppleScript to return a receipt. Note that I don't
recommend doing this in Entourage X for security reasons. Entourage 2004
displays a security alert when the script sends a receipt so I can go check
it out and make sure it is okay before it sends.
