Has anybody else encountered the following with Outlook 2002?
Set the tracking option to Never send a response - i.e. Outlook should never
generate a "Read Receipt" in response to a request. In your folder list,
right click on a folder containing some unread messages which have Read
Receipt requests and select "Mark All as Read" - Outlook then sends Read
Receipts for the messages in the folder that requested one, even though you
have explicitly told Outlook not to.
Note - this is with Internet mail, NOT Exchange - I know about the
difference here and the limitations in this regard.
