Read Receipts on Outlook 2k CWO

Is there a way to prevent read receipts from being returned to a
sender when Outlook 2000 is configured for CWO?. Any input would be
appreciated.

You can change the option in Tools-> Options-> tab Preferences-> button
E-mail Options...-> button-> Tracking Options...

no, not without a 3rd party utility. Exchange admins can disable it to the
internet but it can't be disabled for internal use.
