Read Receipts Sent on All Received Outlook 2003 Mail w/ Exchange 5.5 in Cached Mode

We have Exchange 5.5 SP4 and Outlook 2003

All users who have enabled Exchange Cached Mode within Outlook 2003 are having the same problem

Everytime they read a message, it sends a Read Receipt to the sender. None of the inbound messages have a RRR enabled yet RR are being sent none the less

When we disabled Exchange Cached Mode the problem disappears
