Read & Recept Email Feature needed as well as Signature Logo's

Hello,

I and others have been keen to understand why Entourage does not
support email recept and read conformation...???

This feature would make a huge improvment to this program by allowing
users to track their emails and ensure they have been recieved and also
when they have been ready. I know many who are put off using this
program because it does not have this feature.

Is there any plans to add this feature and if not why not..???

2. Is there any way that logo's or basic artwork can be added or
incorporated into the email signatures. This would also make a nice
improvement to personallising this program. The signature setup options
could be made to look and work much smarter also with this added
ability.

kind regards,
