Read Status Not Syncing to Exchange

I just noticed that the "read" status for my e-mail messages is not
syncing back to the Exchange server. Anyone else seeing this?

What version of Entourage and what version of Exchange?

This was a known issue with Exchange Server 2003 (IIRC) but that was
many updates ago. Definitely make sure you're at least at Exchange
Server 2003 sp2.
