Really weird! Can't get rid of Slovene Dictionary & Language. Help!

This is really weird. For genealogy, I have installed my ancestor's
languages--German and Slovene. Whenever I send a new email in
Outlook, the English Language & dictionary is in play. However,
whenever I reply to an email, Slovene is the default language.

I have looked and looked, but I can't find out how to make replies
default to English. Anyone help me?

I'm running WinXP and Office Pro XP.
