At our last Outlook training some users wanted to know how
to retrieve a task once they assigned it to someone. E.G.
a task has been assigned to a colleague and the sender
gets an 'Out of Office' reply. Knowing that the person
won't be around for a while this task should be assigned
to someone else. However, they want to avoid that the
person who has been away also deals with the task as it
won't disappear from the inbox and you end up having 2
people working on the same task.
Any clever ideas how to get the task back?
