recall e-mail

When I open the ACTION menu within the e-mail I do not get a "recall this message" or "replace this message"
I only get
New Mail Messag
New Mail Message Using
Follow U
Find All
Junk E-Mai
Repl
Reply to Al
Forwar

Any other options to recall an e-mail sent internally

Are you on an Exchange server? Do you have Outlook configured in
Corporate/Workgroup mode (if you're using Outlook 2000 or 98 -- other
versions don't have mulitple modes)?
