Recall mail message

Manos

Dear all,
in previous editions there was a command for the mail in
order to recall a mail in case something was wrong.
Curently i am using Office Outlook XP and in the Action
menu there was not the command "recall a message"
Is this command available on XP or i have to do some
setting s in order to view the command?

Thanks in advance manos

You need to open the message you sent - then click on
Actions, then you will find the Recall option.

(Of course, you can only recall a message which hasn't
yet been delivered/read).

Correct but removing it also involves user interaction and most on-line
mailboxes do not support this feature. In other words; it only works in your
local Exchange environment. Just send a mail to the receiver ignore the
previous mail works best for me in most cases.
