Nope.

Even in Outlook, that command is pretty useless since the message has
already gone and is in the recipient's mailbox. For example, I can still
read messages that I've received that have been "recalled" by the orginal
sender. Maybe someone can tell me if that is due to how our Exchange admin
has it set up or what.

That's the way it worked when I was working, too. I've always
understood that once it's gone, it's gone.

I think some mail servers used to have a command that would kill a message
that hadn't yet been picked up. Nowadays, since your own mail server passes
the message on to a chain of others within microseconds, that's not really
possible anymore.
