Do you connect to a Microsoft Exchange server? Or are you using Outlook
2007 to connect to your ISP email?

1. Recall only works if you use Exchange server (and only works for
recipients on your exchange server)
2. It only works on messages that haven't been read
3. Even if they haven't read it yet, it only works if they have outlook open
(then they can see you are recalling it and can read it quick, before the
recall kicks in.)
4. If you haven't already guessed, it doesn't work well at all, has maybe a
1% success rate. :)

Version of outlook? Did you open the sent message and look on the actions
menu for recall?

Yes I dont believe I have an actions option unless its hidden and I have to
find it. Im on Intranet and everyone uses Microsoft Outlook across the boards
for email. I was under the impression I had the exchange but maybe not?

I'm pretty sure everyone has it, but it will not work at all if you don't
have exchange.
In 2007, *open the sent item* and look for the Other Actions button in the
ribbon. It's the 3rd item.
