receipt bug? has anyone else seen this?

Hi. I am using Outlook 2k (CW) and have several users who have the
Read Receipt option turned on., as well as the Tools... Options...
Email Options... Tracking Options... After processing, move receipts
to [selected folder] option turned on. However, receipts don't get
moved to the selected folder. Also, users with the Read Receipt option
turned off with delegates are getting receipts (who have them turned
on) but can't move the receipts to the selected folder. Rules don't
seem to help either. Any suggestions? (We are running Exchange 5.5)
