Receive an error message when trying to open any contacts.

When I open any contact from my outlook, a message appears saying: "The
custom form could not be opend. Outlook will use an Outlook form instead. The
form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your system
administrator." I am not sure how to fix this, any help would be appreciated.
