Receive mail ONLY from contacts?

Hi,
I'm running Outlook 2000. Can I make a rule to delete any incoming email
that isn't from someone in my Contacts?

Not easily. You'd have to add all your contacts into one or more rules. This
is very easy to do, though, in Outlook 2002 or 2003.
