I am using Entourage 2004. In an effort to organize my inbox I created a
folder within the inbox called "old inbox". I copied some of the inbox
folder emails into the "old inbox" and now the received information is
missing, it appears in the email header but not in the email list.
do I need to rebuild the database? We are using exchange 2000, if that makes
a difference.
