Received Time One Hour Fast

The Problem
The Received time on all my emails coming in (even if I send one to
myself) is one hour fast. System Time Zone is set to Central Time with
Daylight Savings Time Checked. Time Zone in Outlook is the same and
system.

I have tried installing all the service packs and patches. Searched
the newsgroups. Searched MS's Knowledge Base and haven't come up with
anything.

Are they issues with having Outlook XP installed with Office 2000? Any
other ideas?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. For now I'm just using the Sent
time which for some reason is correct.

Thanks in advance.

What kind of account are you working with? (POP/IMAP/Exchange) The reason
that I ask is that the received time is computed and could signify that the
server is out of time sync. (Most noticeable if working with POP/IMAP
accounts)
