Receives but wont send (err -23016)

Happened all of the sudden. POP3 accounts are working fine via web
access. Receiving email in Entourage via these accounts, but for some
reason it wont send outgoing mail (no matter which account I select to
send it from (.mac or net solutions POP3)). I keep getting a connection
failure error. restart did not help.

Can anybody diagnose?

A connection failure usually indicates the server name is incorrect in Tools
Accounts > Account Settings. Are you positve you have not changed it? Or,
if it's a numeric IP address, the number could have changed. If you're using
numeric, change it to the name (like mail.myserver.com) and it won't care if
the IP changes.
