RECEIVING DOUBLE MESSAGES

I am receiving at least two of every msg downloaded - sometimes more. I
cannot delete the messages.
I am using entourage version 11.3.2 with mac os 10.4.8.

Any help will be appreciated

First of all, go to Tools>Accounts and make sure you do not have the same
account listed twice. If that is the case, and both accounts are identical,
delete one of them and the problem should go away. Another thing to look at
are Entourage's rules; you may have accidentally created a rule that copies
messages. If none of these solutions apply, you might be experiencing some
form of database corruption. More information on how to rebuild your

Do you use a 'forwarding address' that sends its email to your regular
account? If so, and you have set up an email account to send mail using that
address, you need to remove that account from your send & receive all
schedule.
