Receiving e-mail attachments in Entourage is VERY SLOW!

Since moving from PC to Mac, receiving e-mail in Entourage is very slow. A
2.5 meg e-mail could take 20 mins. No issues with any of the PC's at home.
Tried hiding MUD in Spotlight but still no difference. Appreciate some
advise.
