Receiving email on two computers (managing server)

I now have a home desktop, work desktop and a laptop. Was wanting to
keep the email so that I'm not always keeping track of what's on the
server (it's been crashing my email) and I believe someone told me
about a way to change entourage settings so it'll keep track of that
and then delete when all computers have udpated the email.

If anyone can refresh or knows of a resource, thanks so much.

The best option is to use an IMAP account, but since you don't seem to want
your mail on the server, you would need to set each Account under the
Options tab to leave mail on the server. You would need to decide which
computer would be the one to indicate to the server you want to delete the
email.

The IMAP account would keep all of your sent mail synced too. This is not
possible with the leave messages on server unless you Cc/Bcc yourself with
each sent mail.

That's it. IMAP. We are currently set to POP.
