Receiving emails in Plain text

Hi there,

I have a user that keeps receiving emails in plain text
instead of HTML. All the other users gets it in HTML exept
for him.

Any ideas?

Hm... Outlook 2002 was the first version to allow forcing plain text
format. Does he see the HTML coed or simple a plain text rendering of the
mail?

Now that's a Freudian slip :)

Keyser does the user have any add-ins that could cause this
