Hi guys,
I've encountered a problem using entourage that I hope you guys can
help me solve. It happened recently and I don't think I have done
anything to cause this to happen.
I cannot receive mails from my gmail account. The settings are correct
and entourage can log into my account and shows that there are mails to
receive. However, it gets stuck at the loading of mails for what seems
like eternity. It's not the size of the mails as I have deleted all
mails with attachments which are new and not already in my mailbox in
entourage. I leave my laptop on throughout the night and the next day
it's still at the same loading sequence with no increase in the amount
of mails loaded.
Can anyone help me with this as this is really affecting me as I can
read my mails on entourage and have to resort to opening mails in
safari.
