Receiving three of each email in Outlook

I am receiving three of each e-mail in outlook, although
when I look at the webmail of my e-mail server, there is
only one of each one.
Help, please?

Hi, again,
I thought that might be the case but I had removed all
but one pop account from the send/receive, and I'm still
getting each email a first time, and then later another
twice.
