Recieving blank emails in Entourage

One of our users is getting "some text in this message is in a language your computer cannot display" occasionally when receiving a email.
Shes running entourage 11.3.9 and is set up the same as the rest of our users who are not experiencing issues.

I've deleted MS office and the preferences and re-installed as well as rebuilt her profile to no avail.

Please let me know if you have any thoughts for testing or if you require any more information.
Thanks,
Serrix

Test in a new User with a new Identity. Place the test message in Shared so
you can access it in the new User. This will quickly tell you if the problem
is system wide or in the main User folder. If the problem goes away then see
the following suggestions.

In Entourage -> Preferences, under General Preferences > Security, make sure
the option to "Display complex HTML in messages" is checked.

It is possible that your Internet Preferences file is corrupt.

Drag Macintosh HD/Users/<Problematic
User>/Library/Preferences/com.apple.internetconfig.plist to the Desktop.
Re-launch Entourage, and see if the messages load. If they do, you can
delete the old preferences file. If not, move it back. Note that if you do
delete it, you will have to reset some of your internet settings.

If none of that works, I would try uninstalling and reinstalling Office
2004. Install help here

Blank emails with no text is a sign of database corruption. You will need to
rebuild your database.
