Recipient Listing

S

Scott Kenyon

Have a strange condition that is happening with Outlook
2002 when receiving e-mail notifications.

We have a daily news flash that gets sent to a variety of
users. But when I open it only show my name in the To:
field, when there should be at least a dozen or so
recipients listed.

Is there a filter that is hiding the other contacts? Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

The sender may be using the BCC field instead of listing all recipients in
TO or CC

However, using the BCC field wouldn't put only the one recipient's name in
the To box...it would most likely be the sender's name in the To box
instead, or whatever the sender chose to put there.

To the original poster: Could the sender have used a mail merge for the
message?
